Light version of banana split

This quick recipe for banana split brings a small twist in the form of replacing ice cream with Greek yogurt. In addition to being lighter and containing slightly fewer calories, this breakfast is very tasty and we are sure you will like it.
In addition to peanut butter, the banana split can be sprinkled with cinnamon and coconut flakes or other additives as desired. Spring is the perfect time to try new things, so throw yourself into preparing this delicious breakfast/dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana,
- 125 g of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 g (homemade) granola
- fresh berries - strawberry, raspberry, blueberry
- 1 tablespoon peanuts or almond butter for garnish
Preparation:
- Peel a banana, cut it in half.
- Place two pieces of banana on the side in a shallow bowl or on a plate.
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
- Pour on top of the banana.
- Sprinkle the berries and granola on top of the yogurt and lightly toss with a little almond or peanut butter.
- Heat it first so you can pour it over more easily.
