Betty's agent revealed the cause of her death
Agent Betty White discovered the real cause of her death and silenced rumors that flooded social media.
Legendary actress Betty White passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 99, just half a month before her 100th birthday.
Now the agent and close friend of the actress Jeff has revealed what was the cause of her death.
"Betty died peacefully in her sleep at home. People say her death was linked to a booster dose of coronavirus vaccine she received three days earlier, but that's not true. She died a natural death. Her death should not be politicized, it’s not the life she lived, ” Wojtas said in an official statement, denying the theories about Betty’s death that have flooded social media in recent days.
"Although she was about to turn 100 soon, I thought Betty would live forever. I will miss her so much, as well as the animal world she loved so much. I don't think she was ever afraid of death because she was looking forward to meeting her beloved husband Allen Ludden again. She believed she would be with him again, " the agent of the late actress added.
White, who should turn 100 on January 17, recently spoke about her age.
“I’m happy to be this healthy at this age and feel great,” she said at the time.
Betty White's career spanned more than 80 years, and she entered the Guinness Book of Records as the longest-serving actress in show business. She made her television debut in her twenties in the series "Life with Elizabeth", which aired from 1953 to 1955, and the sitcoms "Mary Tyler Moore" and "Golden Girls" launched her among the stars.
When she was 92, White received her 21st Emmy nomination, which secured her the title of oldest Emmy nominee.
Recall, the eternal optimism of the actress with the longest career in the history of the American entertainment industry told the main reason for her longevity. ‘I inherited it from my mom and that’s never changed with me,’ she revealed, and when asked about her diet, she joked: ‘I try to avoid anything that’s green. I think it works!’
The famous actress enjoyed a quiet life in Los Angeles and spent her time playing crossword puzzles and card games. She also watched animal documentaries, the Challenge quiz, and sports, especially golf. For years, she also fought for the protection of animals, which she continued to do even in her elderly years.
