Preparation:
- 3 handfuls of young dandelion leaves
- 1 stalk of young garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

- Over add potatoes and eggs cut into quarters and serve.
