"Furiosa"- new poster for the prequel hit "Mad Max: Fury Road"

The first trailer and teaser poster for the film "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga"  were released recently as part of the CCXP- a. Judging by the reactions to the trailer, it seems that many people are looking forward to the sequel to the hit "Mad Max: Fury Road", although there were also a lot of comments that the character Dementus played by Chris Hemsworth looks too much like crazy Thor (and they didn't mean that in a positive way).

However, in a somewhat unexpected move, Warner Bros has also published a new poster, which highlights the main characters in a recognizable color palette. Central and even in the double version is the titular character played by Anya Taylor-Joy, and two opposing villains, Demetus and Immortan Joe. Admittedly, if we consider that the movie is only five months away, it might not be so strange that the posters are popping up one after the other. The hype must be kept alive, as director George Miller (Mad Max, The Road Warrior, Max Max 3: Beyond Thunderdome, Max Max: Fury Road) doesn't plan to stop, because as far as we know, he's thinking of making a sequel to Fury Road with a focus on Max.

Furiosa won't answer the long-standing question of what led to the apocalypse in the Mad Max franchise. The prequel will focus on the story of the creation of Furiosa after the apocalypse. Although the fifth film in the franchise could answer many of the mysteries left by the previous films, the trailer made it clear that this would not be the case. Could Mad Max be making an appearance? Most likely they won't, as it wouldn't fit the timeline, considering Max and Furiosa don't meet until the events of Fury Road.

Namely, 45 years after the world collapsed, set in a hellish future where traditional societies have collapsed and precious natural resources like water are left in tatters, Furiosa tells the story of how a younger version of Furiosa is forced to fight for her life after being kidnapped and ended up in the hands of the biker horde led by warlord Dementus. Traveling through the wasteland they come across a Citadel ruled by Immortan Joe, a character previously portrayed by the late Hugh Keays-Byrne. As the two tyrants battle for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials while gathering resources to find her way home.

Other roles include Tom Burke, Nathan Jones, Angus Sampson, Quaden Bayles, Daniel Webber, and Lachy Hulme. "Furiosa" arrives in cinemas 25. May 2024 year.
