It's easy to fall in love with cheesecake. It's got everything: cheese, sugar, butter, vanilla… Cheesecake is usually prepared with ricotta, cream cheese, or Neufchatel (a creamy French cheese). Sugar, egg, and graham cracker are also included. Since the time of ancient Greece, an early version of a cheesecake with baked cheese, flour, and often honey has been created.

Cheesecake in a glass

Substrate Ingredients:
50 g integral biscuits (digestive biscuits)
25 g of butter softened at room temperature

Cream:
100 g of Greek yogurt
50 g of fresh cream cheese
75 g sweet cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Dressing
250 g of forest fruit (or fruit of your choice)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation:
1 Mix the ground biscuit with room temperature butter.
2 Divide the contents among three dishes or cups and push down with a spoon. Place in the refrigerator while you finish the rest of the dessert.
3 Combine the sweet cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until firm. Combine the yogurt and cottage cheese in a mixing bowl and fold into the whipped cream.
4 Gently mix all of the ingredients.
5 Pour the cream over the prepared biscuit foundation and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
6 Meanwhile, cut the forest fruit into tiny pieces and place it in a pot with the sugar and lemon juice. Cook for approximately ten minutes, stirring regularly, over low heat.
7 Allow the mixture to cool before incorporating it into the cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
