Famous actress Jennifer Aniston shared a wise trick she uses to suppress her appetite until lunch.

'As soon as I get up, I drink warm water with lemon and then a smoothie or avocado with eggs. It's my favorite dish. I add a little coconut oil to it. Sometimes I eat cereals with bananas or oatmeal with egg whites,' the 'Friends' star said.

The trick that follows was taught to her by her ex-husband Justin Theroux.'He taught me how to add a little more protein. Just before the oatmeal is done, whisk the egg whites which will give them a great texture, ' she added. 

By the way, it was recently revealed that the famous actress ate the same salad every day for 10 years. On the set of the ‘Friends’ series, she spent lunch with colleagues Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow and always brought a salad to share with them.

She made it from bulgur, red onion, cucumber, and feta cheese, and didn't put any topping in it. In time, Courteney and Lisa began calling her 'Jennifer's Salad'.

The actress turned 53 on February 11, and although she is moving towards her sixties, she looks fantastic.  It is known that Aniston did not get this figure just like that but she is dedicated to a healthy diet and training for years.

She once admitted that she exercises five times a week and that she normally practices a strict '15 -15-15 'exercise plan, which includes 15 minutes on a bicycle, an elliptical trainer, and a treadmill. In addition, she goes to boxing and practices yoga.

She is also very rigorous when it comes to diet. She mainly eats organic fruits and vegetables and low-sugar foods. She also relies on self-control: it is enough for her to eat a piece of chips or one cube of chocolate and she will feel satisfied.

‘What we take into the body can have a big impact on our mood, it’s not just about diet and mental care. I have always been aware of what I put into my body and how I take care of myself. That is not only because I could look great in jeans, but also because of longevity, bone health, muscle health, brain… ', said the actress.

Jennifer also practices the method of occasional fasting, ie a period of fasting during the day of at least 16 hours in which she consumes nothing but water.
