Madonna reveals the one thing she regrets the most: "I wanted to kill myself!"
The Queen of Pop has an enviable music career, but she will regret one business decision for the rest of her life ...
Madonna has revealed what she regrets the most during her long music career. The 63-year-old star admitted to Jimmy Fallon that she "wanted to kill herself" because she turned down a role in the SciFi film "The Matrix."
She also turned down the role of Catwoman which was later offered to Michelle Pfeiffer. Although she admitted that she did not regret the decision to turn down the role in the erotic drama "Showgirls", Madonna says that she will forever reconsider her decision to turn down the role in the cult film.
"I turned down a role in the movie 'The Matrix.' Can you believe it? I wanted to kill myself," the singer admitted, not revealing exactly what role she turned down.

The film became one of the most successful film trilogies in history, with gross revenue of $ 1.3 billion, and a fourth sequel is set to come out in December this year.
"It's one of the best movies ever made. A small part of me regrets that one moment in my life," Madonna admitted.
“The Matrix” is a SciFi story about Thomas Anderson, played by Keanu Reeves, a retired software expert who leads a double life. He spends nights in front of his computer where, under the pseudonym Neo, he becomes a hacker and tries to discover something he himself is not sure exists. He meets the mysterious Trinity, played by Carrie-Anne Moss, who takes him to the even more mysterious Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), who the government claims is a terrorist.
No doubt fans can’t wait to see the film’s fourth sequel!
