Noel Gallagher does not want to return to "Oasis": "There is no point in going back"
"Once you give up, there's no going back," Noel Gallagher said.
Noel Gallagher has definitely confirmed that he will not return to the band "Oasis", which he left in 2009. In an interview with MR PORTER, the musician stated that it is pointless to be a part of this band again.
"You can't really understand if you weren't a part of it. Once you give up, there is no going back. There's no sense in going back "- said Noel and continued:
"Bands are weird, you start as young men, and in the end, you go all the way to middle-aged dads and all that" - said the musician.
Remember, Noel Gallagher left "Oasis" after his brother Liam, also a former member of this band, contracted laryngitis on the eve of the V Festival in August 2009, when the band canceled the gig. Noel issued a statement, where he blamed his brother for the cancellation, but he cited the hangover that Liam had as a reason.
Liam then sued Noel, asking him to apologize, which he did - after which he left the band, saying, "I just couldn't work with Liam for a day longer."
