Oprah sold her island paradise
That she has a sixth sense for a real estate business, the famous TV presenter showed with her latest transaction.
When she bought a beautiful beachfront villa in Orcas in the Pacific for $ 8.3 million in 2018, it seemed like Oprah Winfrey wouldn’t think of selling that beauty surrounded by pristine nature.
The interior of a warm atmosphere dominated by wood is created for enjoyment and relaxation, and it does not lack underfloor heating, a wine cellar, a rehearsal space, a music corner with instruments, and a vintage bread oven.
Not far from the villa is a lovely garden house and the property on which it is located spreads over 40 acres, and includes private beaches, a zen garden, numerous promenades, a sauna, and a pond.
Still, Oprah apparently did not resist the $ 14 million offer for which she sold her island sanctuary, earning $ 5.7 million more than she paid for it. We must admit, she has a gift for the real estate business as well as for being a TV personality.
