Pussycat Dolls founder Nicole Scherzinger got sued after a recent reunion
Choreographer Robin Antin sues lead singer of Pussycat Dolls after Nicole allegedly failed to honor new contract items
Robin Antin (60) founded the group 'Pussycat Dolls' back in 1995, after which the girls became world popular in 2005. The group was often criticized for its accentuated sexuality and excessive prominence of Nicole Scherzinger (43) who carried almost all the songs with her vocals.
Nicole and Robin have reportedly signed a new reunion contract, in which Nicole has a 49% stake.
Robin claims through the lawsuit that Nicole refuses to participate in the tour after the original performance dates changed due to the pandemic.
Nicole now wants a 75% stake with the possibility of making final decisions and refuses to participate if her requirements are not met.
The group was most popular between 2005 and 2010 when they released their two albums ‘PCD’ and ‘Doll domination’. Still, Nicole’s dominance in the group was clearly too much for the other five member girls, so they soon fell apart after 2010.
