If you like more spicy combinations, with pepperoni and hot peppers, but again not too strong for every palate, then this is the lunch for you!
You can also add peas to this dish, which goes very well with chicken and paprika flavor. As a side dish, you can serve anything, from rice to onions, potatoes, polenta, and pasta. Just add a seasonal salad and the feast can begin.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken (drumsticks)
- 2 carrots
- 100 ml of white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 onions
- 100 g of celery root
- 200 g tomato
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tablespoons sweet ground pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lard
- vegetable

- sour cream
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
- In the fat or oil, add the finely chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, add salt and simmer until soft.
- Sprinkle with flour and fry briefly and cover with white wine.
- Add the ground red pepper, then add the meat and season with a little more salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with enough water to cover the ingredients and simmer over low heat.
- On half of the cooked stew add diced fresh peppers and peeled tomatoes.
- Serve the finished chicken stew with a spoonful of sour cream, puree, gnocchi or pasta.
