Recipe of the day: Apricot cake

The apricot cake is prepared according to a very similar recipe as a cherry cake, but, unlike cherries, which are sour, fragrant apricots give this cake a completely different taste and smell. The preparation is simple and will not take you much time, and it will be enough to sweeten up with your family and guests. We believe that you will soon become your favorite.

- 600 - 700 g of peeled apricots
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2/3 cup of butter
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Whisk together the eggs, butter, and sugar, then add all the other ingredients except the apricots and combine well. Oil the baking tray and sprinkle it with flour or line it with baking paper, then pour out the dough and arrange the apricots that you previously cut into small pieces. Bake for about 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 400 degrees. Before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
