Sophia Loren is considered a symbol of beauty and femininity. She is a heroine of the golden age from the big screen, a woman of inspiration, and an example of how to live, love, set your own rules, and not burden yourself with what others think. 

However, before she gained that status, she was just an ordinary, poor girl. She herself said that as a girl she was not beautiful, and at the age of 14 her body began to change and she turned from an ugly duckling into a swan. 

At the age of 30, she achieved fame and popularity, at the age of 50 she was afraid that years would fly too fast, and now, when she is over 80, she loves her life, lives in peace with herself, raises grandchildren and sometimes discovers some interesting things from her very exciting life. :

Although Sophia Loren's father was of noble origin, and she was technically a marquise, she grew up in poverty. Her father was not with her and even as a teenager, she started working and earning money with her grandmother.

Her mother was not married to her father and because of that, she suffered numerous insults, since she was a child born out of wedlock. She didn’t have an easy life, but she managed to always stay strong!
