Visibly thin, tired and with a walking stick: Robert De Niro photographed for the first time after injury

American actor Robert De Niro (77) was seen for the first time since he suffered a leg injury during the shooting of the film last month, due to which he had "unbearable pain".

Namely, the legendary actor wore a device for the wrist and plaster on his right leg, while he was walking around New York on Sunday after he described the leg injury as "very painful".

With him was a woman who carried his cane and who helped him walk. Robert looked relaxed and made sure he was comfortable with a wide navy blue shirt and blue shorts, gray slippers while wearing a blue hat, and glasses on his head.

The Hollywood actor flew back to New York after tearing his quadriceps in Oklahoma during the filming of Martin Scorsese's new film "Killers of the Flower Moon".

"Somehow I tore my quadriceps and now I have to fix it," De Niro said.

"It happens, especially when you are older, you need to be prepared for unexpected things. But I will solve everything slowly"- the actor concluded.
