Lee Jung-jae was born in Seoul, where he graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. He started his career in famous plays that are performed in the Korean way, so, among other things, he was Hamlet for several seasons.

Journalists of the prestigious film magazine Variety were interested in whether Hollywood made any offers to the famous actor.
However, it seems that the machines in the "dream factory" have been starting up late, despite the fact that Lee "finished" the famous game called "Squid" and stayed alive.
"I have not yet received any offers from the West. Of course, if a good script arrives, I will gladly accept the job" the biggest Korean star at the moment honestly replied.
