Will Meghan testify about sexual exploitation?

The Duchess of Sussex, American actress Meghan Markle could be called to testify as part of a civil lawsuit against Prince Andrew filed by Virginia prosecutor Roberts Giuffre in connection with the dark case of sexual exploitation of minors Epstein.

The controversial prince, considered by many to be the favorite son of Queen Elizabeth II, is currently staying in Scotland on his mother’s estate to avoid attempts to get served legal documents on sexual abuse for which Virginia Giuffre accused him.

Queen Elizabeth II according to foreign media reports, will now allegedly pay millions to a team of lawyers that includes lawyers  Melissa Lerner and Andrew Brettler, who are believed to charge around two thousand dollars an hour – all to prove the innocence of the prince who was acquitted of the royal duties.

A lawsuit filed by Virginia in a New York court states that the American financier, otherwise convicted pedophile  Jeffrey Epstein,  “lent” her to Prince Andrew for sexual relations.

Attorney David Boies, representing Giuffre, told that Prince Harry's wife is a person who could be counted on to "tell the truth". He alludes to the Duchess's bad relations with the court, but also to the fact that Markle is considered one of the witnesses since she lives in the United States and is thus subject to the jurisdiction of the American courts where the case is being conducted.

Also, in that reflection, they took into account the fact that Markle is "a close associate of Prince Andrew and is therefore in a position that she may have seen what he did."

"Because of her association with him so far, she may have important information about the case and we believe she has some knowledge of that," the lawyer said.

He also said that she is one of the potential witnesses they are considering.

By the way, today 38-year-old Virginia Roberts Giuffre claims that she was forced to have sexual relations with British Prince Andrew on three occasions in 2001 when she was only 17 years old. The prince vehemently denies all charges against him.

District Judge Lewis Kaplan is due to hear arguments from the duke's legal team on Jan. 4 seeking to dismiss the lawsuit.

If the case does pass, it means both sides will have to testify via video.

A potential witness is his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, but it is harder for them to get her because of the fact that she lives in the UK. Virginia Roberts Giuffre is seeking an undefined amount of compensation.

Giuffre said Andrew sexually abused her three times at Ghislaine Maxwell’s home in London more than 20 years ago when she was still a minor.

Epstein, Maxwell, and Prince Andrew forced the plaintiff, a child, to have sex with Prince Andrew against her will,” she said in a lawsuit that Andrew vehemently dismissed despite photos of himself in the company of Giuffre and Epstein’s mistress and pimp Ghislaine Maxwell.

Only Jeffrey Epstein obviously knows the real truth, but he took it to the grave because in 2019 he committed suicide in prison and thus avoided trial for his crimes.
