A new crime series on Netflix: "A Nearly Normal Family"

Netflix viewers are always sharing their recommendations on social media, and this crime series is currently at the top of many people's lists. The series everyone is talking about right now is "A Nearly Normal Family".
Nordic crime literature has an international reputation, and individual novels are often made into films. That indeed is the case with "A Nearly Normal Family" ( En helt valig familj / A Nearly Normal Family ) by Mattias Edvardsson. Netflix is bringing a six-part miniseries based on the book.
The plot is set in the suburbs of Lund, in the south of Sweden, where the Sandell family lives. Adam is a priest, Ulrika a lawyer. The family's seemingly perfect life turns upside down when their nineteen-year-old daughter Stella is accused of murder and arrested. Devastated parents have no idea what to do. What actually happened? They want to help Stella at all costs, but do they really know their daughter? And each other?
Starring Alex Karlsson Tyrefors , Lo Kauppi , Björn Bengtsson , Christian Fandango Sundgren , Melisa Ferhatovic and Håkan Bengtsson . The script was written by: Anna Platt and Hans Jörnlind, directed by Per Hanefjord. The series is available on Netflix from November 24.
The synopsis for the new series sounds like this: "Adam and Ulrika Sandell live a seemingly perfect life with their daughter Stella (19) in a posh residential suburb, then Stella ends up in police custody, accused of murder."
