Actress Kate Beckinsale was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital in the middle of shooting a new film
It is unknown at this time whether the 48-year-old actress was injured on the set of the family drama or at the hotel where she was staying.
English actress Kate Beckinsale, who gained world fame in 2001 with her role in the Hollywood blockbuster "Pearl Harbor", is currently shooting a new film "Prisoner's Daughter" in Las Vegas, but it seems that she will have to miss the set for a while.
According to TMZ, the beautiful actress ended up in the hospital due to unbearable back pain. It is not yet known whether 48-year-old Kate was injured during the filming of the aforementioned family drama by director Catherine Hardwicke or at The Signature at MGM Grand Hotel, where she was staying.
Sources close to Beckinsale said Friday that she is still in the emergency department and her current condition is still unknown. They add that her back started hurting around 10:30 in the morning, which required a quick go to the hospital.
Ever since she arrived in Las Vegas for filming, Kate has been regularly documenting everything related to her stay there on social media. She shared with her followers a number of covid-19 tests she had to do, and she also complained about the heat in that largest city of Nevada.
"Prisoner's Daughter" also stars Brian Cox, Tyler Ritter, and Ernie Hudson. Cox embodies former convict Max, who, after his release from prison, tries to reconnect with his daughter (Beckinsale) and grandson.
