Airy and soft homemade bread!
A proven recipe that works for everyone, and will be airy and soft.
The special charm of this bread is that there is no mixing and that you will need a minimum of time to just "squeeze" all the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 700 g of flour
- 500 ml of lukewarm water
- 1 bag of dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour for sprinkling
Preparation:
- Put flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt in a deeper bowl and mix everything well.
- Then add water and oil and mix everything well with a food processor. Don't worry, this dough is sticky and quite rare, but that's how it should be.
- Stir the mixture for a few minutes until everything is even and there are no lumps.
- Cover the dough with a dry kitchen towel and leave it to rise in a warm place.
- After 45 minutes, mix it again with a food processor and leave it to rise for another 20 minutes, and it won't hurt even if it grows longer.
- To bake this bread, you need a dish with a lid, a fireproof dish, a baking tray that can be placed in the oven.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, and grease the dish in which the bread will be baked with oil and sprinkle with flour.
- When the oven is heated, place the dish and heat it with the lid.
- After about ten minutes, take out the hot dish and deliver the dough to it.
- To make the bread look better, sprinkle it with flour, put the lid on and bake for about 45 minutes at 250 degrees.
- After that time, remove the lid and bake at the same temperature for another ten minutes until the bread turns brown.
