Alec Baldwin: 'You just want money!'

American actor Alec Baldwin  (63) is trying to protect himself from possible potential lawsuits after the tragic event on the set of the film 'Rust'. The family of the late camerawoman Hayne Hutchins has filed a lawsuit against the film’s producers.

'This is one of the few cases where it happened that the whole system failed, but despite that, someone must be legally responsible for the consequences that occurred. Know that Alec Baldwin is not guilty.' it was written in the request for arbitration submitted by the lawyer Luka Nikad and the actor Baldwin.

The actor in a contract handed over by a lawyer asking to be compensated in current and future lawsuits, to pay all court costs, and continue filming in order to use that money to settle with the family of the deceased camerawoman.

'Alec Baldwin is an actor. He is not in charge of loading the gun, checking, procuring, and making bullets, security on the set, or managing the props on the set. So we can say with certainty that someone is responsible for that and he will have to be punished legally, but that someone is not Baldwin ' it is written in the contract.

Recall, after conducting numerous investigations by the film crew of the set 'Rust', Baldwin, producers, and camera members found themselves in big lawsuits. Namely, the actor stated that these lawsuits were aimed 'to get money out of the pockets of those who have', and not to find the person responsible for this horrible and tragic event.

'Baldwin has never been involved in any breach of security protocols on set. He just followed the instructions and then a terrible tragedy happened' it was written in the request.

Also, the husband of the late camerawoman Matt Hutchins said that the absurdity is precisely in the fact that the person who shot was not guilty.

'I was so angry to see him talk about her death so publicly and in such detail, and then he doesn't accept any responsibility after he just described killing her,' he said in an interview. It was after that accusation that Baldwin reacted that Hutchins wanted the money.

'Before that interview, the communication with the mentioned was exclusively polite, friendly, and warm. We supported each other ' said Baldwin.

This is evidenced by the moment that the photographers 'captured', and when Baldwin and Hutchins hugged before a private commemoration in honor of the deceased. But things changed abruptly. Hutchins and Baldwin discussed a settlement, but no agreement was reached.

'He just wants to avoid responsibility. This is evidenced by the fact that he filed an arbitration to protect himself from the rest of the production company behind the film. Baldwin claims that Hutchins' actions and lawsuits prevented him from completing the filming, so it's a shame ' is the reaction of lawyer Matt Hutchins.
