Ireland Baldwin had an anxiety attack again!
Ireland Baldwin posted a photo of herself in the bathroom on Instagram and wrote that she has an anxiety attack again.
Actress Ireland Baldwin once again spoke openly on Instagram about her mental health after experiencing a new anxiety attack. She shared a photo of herself being taken on the floor of her bathroom while lying in a fetal position.
'It's time for an anxiety attack. I drank one cup of coffee on an empty stomach this morning and it turned into an anxiety attack! I am writing this while I am on the bathroom floor. I usually sit here or lie in the fetal position until I can no longer cry or vomit. Coffee is for me the main trigger that leads to problems like this and anxiety. If you suffer from anxiety like me, coffee is not good choice! You’re probably wondering why I drank coffee at all? Well, that's because I'm stupid. It helps me as I write to you about my struggles, and if you have similar experiences feel free to share them with me' Ireland wrote on Instagram.
In the comments, her message was left by dad Alec Baldwin and he wrote that he loves her. Ireland, which Alec got when he was married to actress Kim Basinger, spoke publicly in 2015 about her mental health and the problems she had for the first time. She then admitted to suffering from anxiety and said she was learning again how to be truly present in the moment.
'There are so many moments that I took for granted in this life due to lack of presence. I was so lost in the dark that I could hardly have a real conversation with another human being long enough before I had an anxiety attack and I could not find a way out of it ' this actress and model revealed at the time.
Recall, Ireland has retreated a bit in recent months, mainly due to a terrible accident that happened on the set of the film “Rust”, in which her father Alec killed the camerawoman Halyna Hutchins a few months ago. Shortly after the accident, she revealed on Instagram what she thought about everything and attacked a journalist who tried to contact her. She supported her father.
