"Anatomy of a Fall" Is the Year’s Most Gripping Murder Mystery!

The best European film of the year "Anatomy of a Fall" is directed by Justine Triet. Namely, the French film "Anatomy of a Fall" triumphed at the European Film Awards in Berlin. In addition to the main one, director Justina Triet's work won four more awards, marking this year's "European Oscars", as the European Film Academy award is often called.

Actress Sandra Hüller had a masterful performance, as described by many critics, and she was awarded in the category of the best leading female role. Hüller plays Sandra, a bisexual German-born writer living in France, accused of murdering her partner in the gruesome manner envisioned in one of her novels.

What can we expect?

The famous German actress Sandra Hüller plays the writer Sandra Voyter, who lives with her husband and 11-year-old son in France (The Alps). Husband Samuel is renovating the attic of the log cabin where they live so that they can rent it to tourists and thus improve their financial situation, son Daniel is blind after a car accident and his father is homeschooling him, and Snoop the dog lives with them. He helps the boy navigate the world.

One day, while a student is trying to interview Sandra, Samuel starts playing loud music during the renovation work and refuses to stop, so Sandra interrupts the interview and the student leaves. Daniel goes for a walk with his dog, and when he returns, he finds his father dead in the snow. Samuel seems to have fallen from the attic window. Or did he throw himself? Or someone pushed him? After a short investigation, the police concluded that it was a 'suspicious death' and Sandra was arrested on the charge of murdering her husband.

Recall, that  "Anatomy of a Fall" was previously awarded with the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.
