Angelina Jolie tattooed a famous quote from 1633 on her arm
The 46-year-old actress recently tattooed a quote from Galileo Galilei on her forearm.
Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has a new tattoo on her forearm, which has a strong meaning.
Namely, the 46-year-old actress recently tattooed a quote from the Italian astronomer, physicist, mathematician, and philosopher Galileo Galilei on her forearm and showed a new tattoo last week while she was in New York.
Her hand now reads "Eppur si muove" which means "Still turning" in Italian. The quote dates from 1633 when Galileo Galilei was forced to renounce his (true) statement that the Earth moves around the Sun.
This phrase served him as a defiant claim that the truth would one day prevail.
The tattoo peeked under the sleeve of the famous actress who on this occasion wore a white T-shirt, that costs 18 dollars, a gray skirt, and Salvatore Ferragamo sandals worth 595 dollars.
The star also has many other tattoos inspired by her travels, her charity work, children, and "rude attitude".
Recall, actress Angelina Jolie (46) was "caught" in front of the building of her first husband, British actor Jonny Lee Miller (48), and it is widely rumored that the two of them reconciled.
Angelina got out of the car in front of Jonny's home in the Brooklyn neighborhood, she had a Louis Vuitton purse in one hand and a bottle of expensive drink in the other.
The famous actress married Jonny in 1996 when she was only 20, they met on the set of the movie "Hackers" in 1995, and six months later they were married. Many remember that at that time she wore a T-shirt on which she wrote his name with her blood.
