Australian actress Sarah Snook has secretly married her best friend Dave Lawson, whom she fell in love with during coronavirus quarantine.
The 33-year-old star of the " Succession" series and 43-year-old Dave got engaged in October last year after she proposed to him. The couple got married in the yard of her house in New York, where she has been living for some time, back in February, which has only just been revealed.
"At the start of the Melbourne pandemic, I isolated myself with one of my best friends and we fell in love. We've been friends since 2014, we've lived together, traveled together, we were always excited to see each other, but it was all completely platonic.", she said in an interview with Vogue.
She added that if the stars had harmonized and if a romance had been born between them as in a movie story, and if the pandemic had not happened, they probably would not have ended up together.
Rumors of the wedding surfaced when Sarah appeared at the premiere of the third season of the “Succession” series in New York City with a glittering ring on her hand.
