Brad Pitt defeated again in custody battle
The California Supreme Court denied Brad Pitt's appeal regarding the custody of the children with Angelina Jolie. Namely, the verdict by which he could spend more time with them was annulled beforehand.
Angelina Jolie, 46, and Brad Pitt, 57, were among Hollywood’s most prominent couples for 12 years. However, their legal battle over their five children has been taking place for quite some time. The couple divorced in 2019.

Pitt's spokesman told People magazine that this decision "does not change the extraordinary amount of factual evidence which led the trial judge — and the many experts who testified — to reach their clear conclusion about what is in the children’s best interests."

"We will do everything that is legally necessary on the basis of detailed analyzes by independent experts," he added.
Angelina Jolie's lawyer said that the actress welcomed the decision.

"Ms. Jolie is focused on her family and pleased that her children’s wellbeing will not be guided by unethical behavior," the attorney said.
Judge John Oderkirk, who previously allowed Pete to spend more time with the children, was expelled in July this year due to "non-disclosure of mandatory data" on Pete's legal advice.
