Cabello's amazing Champions League performance

The energetic young singer Camila Cabello (25) won the hearts of many with her performance at the opening of the Champions League finals. Today, she is considered one of the most beautiful women in the world, so even ladies who don't like football stopped by the small screens to see her in the latest edition.

The interest in Camila is not only of a musical nature. The young Cuban singer, who has already gained the status of a megastar in America, started a great debate about the attitude towards the female body in public and various diets. The reason was her photos published by the paparazzi, which showed her slightly relaxed stomach and cellulite deposits. Instead of withdrawing or remaining silent, as some would expect, Camila reacted sharply.

"At first, I felt very insecure, I just thought about how those pictures look to others," she said in her post on Tiktok. “‘Oh, no! Cellulite! And I didn't pull my stomach in!’ And then I thought ... well of course there are bad pictures, of course, I look bad from some angle, my body it’s not built from rock, nor am I all of the muscles. The saddest thing is when young girls grow up in a retouched world and therefore seek perfection that is not realistic."

She later admitted that it was the covid pandemic that caused her to lose her sexy appearance, but she always emphasizes that she is grateful to her body for everything. "We are real women, with curves, cellulite, stretch marks, and fat deposits," says the singer, "and I love my body."

She calls her diet "intuitive" because she eats what she wants - she thinks that the body knows what it needs. So she allows herself to eat chocolate or pizza. She also loves food from her homeland. "When I order these dishes, I feel that I want not only that taste, but also a feeling of familiar comfort, a feeling that I have roots," says Camila. However, she insists on some rules, thanks, above all, to her fitness instructor.

"You have to eat very, very slowly," explains Jenna Willis. "I always say that fast diets are the same as bad love relationships - if it looks too good to be true, it's probably fake." She recommends small, balanced meals and reminds us that it is often enough to be regularly hydrated to avoid false hunger attacks. "If you feel hungry and it's not time for a meal - drink a glass of water," she suggests.
