Creamy pasta with pumpkin from one pot

This is exactly what this simple creamy pasta is like. Enrich it with grated parmesan, pumpkin seeds and whatever you want.
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta
- 4 and a half cups of water
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive
- oil
- salt and pepper
- cup of pumpkin puree (about 220 g)
- a cup of sour cream
- hard grated cheese salt and pepper,
- nutmeg
For serving: grated cheese, pumpkin seeds, oil, parsley, or fresh spices as desired.
Preparation:
- Pour the pasta into a bowl, add water, olive oil, salt and pepper and cook over high heat. Stir to keep the pasta from sticking.
- Cook until the pasta is al dente (about 10 minutes).
- Remove the pasta from the heat, and pour a little water if left.
- Add the pumpkin puree, cream, parmesan and stir to combine everything.
- Taste and season as desired.
