DJI Mini 3 Pro: New drone hardly available anymore
DJI's new Mini 3 Pro drone has already sold out quickly after its release. Supplies should arrive in six weeks, according to the company.
The Mini Pro 3, which was unveiled about a month ago, is clearly a success for DJI. The maker claims that the drone will have greater power and battery life than its predecessor, as well as a superior camera.
However, the price rises: DJI charges 739 USD for the variant without a controller. If you want a display in the controller, you'll have to pay 829 USD for the control unit.
The predecessor, the DJI Mini 2, was available with a controller for 459 USD, making it much cheaper. Nonetheless, the new Mini Pro 3 is already out of stock. The new camera drone was purchased on May 17, and the stock at the product launch has now been depleted.
The RRP is necessary for the model with a controller but no display. All other versions, on the other hand, are not shown in the pricing comparison nor accessible from DJI.
The firm mentions July 22 as the delivery date for the controller, however, the DJI Mini 3 Pro without a controller only mentions a month. This model will not be available until July.
The availability of the preceding generation, on the other hand, appears to be much better. The DJI Mini 2 is also currently unavailable directly from the manufacturer, although a new shipment is expected to be here by the end of next week.
Anyone who cannot wait and is not reliant on the new features of the DJI Mini 3 Pro can therefore utilize the previous version - or, alternatively, a completely different model.
