The "Charmed" series had its premiere in 1998 and lasted for eight seasons. The lead roles were played by three Halliwell sisters who were powerful witches, Charmed ones, and were embodied by Alyssa Milano, Shannen Doherty, and Holly Marie Combs. They defended the innocent from the forces of evil.

Shannen left the series in 2001 due to disagreements with Alyssa, after three seasons, and her character was killed off.
