Do you remember Mia Farrow ?
Mia Farrow is celebrating her 77th birthday, and in addition to her films, she is also known for her relationship with director Woody Allen.
American actress Mia Farrow celebrates her 77th birthday on Wednesday. She is worldwide known for her numerous films, but more interesting is that Farrow is also known for her relationships with celebrities and she has 14 children.
She was married to singer and actor Frank Sinatra in 1966. She had 21 and he was 50. They divorced after two years and remained good friends for the rest of his life. After him, she was married to composer André Previn in 1970. They remained married for nine years and had three sons.
Her most famous relationship is with director Woody Allen with whom she made 13 films. They were together from 1980 to 1992, and their relationship ended after Allen began a relationship with Soon-Yi Previn. Believe it or not, that girl was then a 21-year-old Farrow's adopted daughter. He later married her, and they are still married today.
When Allen met her, Farrow had three biological sons and three adopted daughters, and one adopted son. They tried to have their own biological child, but since she could not get pregnant they adopted a daughter. In 1987, Mia gave birth to their son, and later after their separation, she said that he may be the son of Frank Sinatra with whom she never stopped having a relationship.
After breaking up with Allen, she also accused him of sexually abusing their adopted seven-year-old daughter. According to court testimony, Allen visited Miu at a farm in Connecticut while she was shopping, and the next day the nanny told her he was behaving strangely with their adopted daughter Dylan.
Mia asked Dylan what had happened, and the girl claimed that her stepfather had touched ‘private parts’ of her body while they were in the attic. One of the employees claimed that Dylan disappeared for 20 minutes that day, and another said that she did not have underwear. Farrow reported the incident immediately, and the doctor under oath later said the story was either fabricated or persuaded by her mother.
Allen claimed that Farrow set everything up for him because he left her, and the real truth about these accusations was never fully clarified. The court eventually acquitted him of the charges of abuse. Soon Yi Previn and their adopted son Moses Farrow defended Allen from the charges and attacked the mother. Soon-Yi said her mother had abused her for years.
Allen first spoke publicly about the allegations 30 years later. In an interview, he denied ever sexually abusing Dylan, and the conversation came after a documentary ‘Allen v. Farrow’ came out, which renews allegations against Allen as a person who sexually abused his adopted daughter Dylan Farrow. Allen said in an interview that the allegations of sexual abuse are not based on true facts and that they were fabricated by Dylan's mother Mia Farrow because she was angry about the breakup of their long-term love affair.
'It's absurd, but because of all that, a big stain has remained on my career. I never abused Dylan. Nothing I've ever done can be interpreted that way , ' said Allen.
He added that one of the proofs that he is not a pedophile is the fact that his current wife after their wedding adopted two girls they raised together. Allen stated that no one would give two girls to a pedophile. He also spoke about Soon-Yi Previn. The relationship was a secret, and Mia discovered it by finding erotic photos of the couple.
The series ‘Allen v. Farrow’ states that their relationship began while Soon-Yi Previn was a high school student. When the host asked him if his relationship with Soon-Yi Previn was appropriate at the time, Allen replied that there was not a single moment in which he would think it was not the most natural thing in the world.
