She has been a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres show revealing that the secret of her slender figure is that she jumps on a trampoline every day for an hour.
" It's a lot of fun! And it's good for my knees because I'm old. I used to run, I can't do it anymore. The trampoline is very good for you. It is great for my body," said Eva.

By the way, after giving birth, she cut down on sugar, carbs, and alcohol, and most often she eats organic and fresh foods.
