For breakfast: Oatmeal and banana muffins

Oatmeal, milk, eggs and brown sugar are the main ingredients for making them, and because of the addition of chocolate, children will especially love them. Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed banana
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 250 g oatmeal
- 120 ml of milk and 120 ml of cream
- 170 g chopped chocolate
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Coat the muffin tin with butter or use paper muffin tins.
- In a large bowl, add eggs, mashed banana, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix everything.
- Then add baking powder and oatmeal and stir.
- Add half a cup of milk and half a cup of cream and chocolate chips to the mixture.
- Place the mixture in a muffin tin or paper molds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins take on a nice golden brown color.
- Leave the muffins to cool for at least 30 minutes before eating.
