Former Spice Girl has been battling the corona virus for five weeks: "I'm curled up in bed"

Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown, better known as Mel B (46), complained to her followers that even after five weeks, she failed to get over the coronavirus.

- I'm in the Maldives in my head. What a beautiful place, crystal clear sea being totally spoilt rotten in a villa named after me. But in reality, I am now curled up in bed and trying to get over the covid - Mel Mel wrote.

She added that the coronavirus is not a joke, but that in this difficult time, she is at least grateful to the platform for watching movies, Netflix.

" We are sorry to hear that, we wish you a speedy recovery," "You are strong, you will endure this and you will be like new," her fans wrote below the post.

The singer has three daughters, the eldest Phoenix Chi (22) when she was married to Jimmy Gulzar, Angel Iris (14) with Eddie Murphy, and Madison (10) with Stephen Belafonte, in a marriage that left her scarred because her husband abused her.

- I was married for ten years. Not exactly the most beautiful marriage. I became isolated from friends and family, I lost my self-confidence, and I almost lost my life.

- I thought it was my fault, that I was stupid and that there was no forced relationship. Emotional abuse is an epidemic that affects many people and so is "shame" you feel because you're suffering in silence. I'm not ashamed anymore - Mel Bi admitted earlier.
