Here’s why you should continue drinking coffee!

Mornings without the intoxicating smell of coffee are unthinkable. Some people drink it out of habit or for socializing, and others just can’t start their daily commitments without caffeine intake. The average person consumes more than three kilograms of ground Turkish coffee in a year. In addition to providing pleasure and entertainment, coffee is much more - health in a cup.

You will be full of energy

Coffee can raise energy levels, which is why it is most often consumed in the morning. Of course, this is only the case if it contains caffeine, which is the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance worldwide. Caffeine is absorbed into the human bloodstream through which it reaches the brain. In the meantime, a few more necessary processes take place, but eventually due to caffeine consumption, dopamine hormone levels increase. Colloquially called the hormone of happiness, it affects the ability to concentrate and stimulates interest, but it also plays a key role in creating feelings of happiness and contentment.

It burns even fat

Caffeine, which is naturally found in coffee, is added to almost all supplements aimed at helping burn fat. This is because caffeine is one of the substances that has been proven to play a role in the process of burning fat. This process can increase up to 10 percent in people with higher fat content and up to almost 30 percent in people with lower fat levels. In addition, caffeine helps speed up the overall metabolism, but all these features may be absent in individuals who consume caffeine frequently.

Defense against danger

Caffeine, therefore, can stimulate the nervous system in a variety of ways, and one is through increasing adrenaline levels. In other name, epinephrine is a hormone that, among other things, is responsible for the so-called fight-flight reaction. It, therefore, prepares the body for emergency reactions, escapes and struggles, but also increases alertness. Consequently, it speeds up the heart rate, increases blood pressure and speeds up breathing.

The health of the whole organism

Coffee beans are rich in various nutrients, and many of them are present in the beverage itself. One cup of coffee thus contains riboflavin, one of the B-complex vitamins that contributes to the metabolism of energy production and even the normal functioning of the nervous system. It is also important for the skin, maintaining red blood cells, and contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. Coffee also contains pantothenic acid or vitamin B5. It is widespread in nature and can be found in meat, legumes, eggs, and fruits and vegetables. The chemical element manganese, which can also be found in coffee, contributes to bone health and participates in the construction of connective tissue and other important processes for the human body. In addition to this, coffee also contains potassium, the lack of which in the body can lead to various symptoms, and in some cases, even to muscle weakness and paralysis.

Coffee for a longer life

Coffee could make you live longer because it can prevent many conditions. According to some research, drinking coffee has been linked to a reduction in type 2 diabetes. Portuguese researchers have linked the consumption of this beverage to protection against dementia, and the American Neurological Community to a reduction in Parkinson's disease. This is not the end, also people who drink four or more cups of coffee a day have an 80 percent lower chance of developing cirrhosis of the liver.
