Izabel exercises hard and trains almost every day. And she chooses sports: Pilates, running, kickboxing, and weight training. "I train like I'm a professional in the sport. If you have focus, motivation, and commitment, you can achieve your goals," says Izabel.

Isabella claims to try to cook every day. She practices cooked and healthy food every time she is at home. "I start the morning with fruit, vegetable, and protein juices."
She does not eat bread and flour, and her approach to diet is simple. "I try to keep the foods I take into my body: proteins, carbohydrates, and vegetables. When I eat in a restaurant, I try to make it as healthy as possible."
"I don't wake up with the thought that I have to look good, but I wake up with the idea that I want to feel happy. I want to go into the room and make everyone laugh. It's all in confidence," she claims.
These days, Izabel is shooting a commercial on the shores of Miami, and her body is the envy of many women. Unfortunately for fans, especially the male part, Izabel is engaged to German goalkeeper Kevin Trapp (31), who is six years younger than her and currently plays for "Eintracht Frankfurt".
"Kevin and I often make love, four or five times a day," the model said on one occasion. "When you meet a person who changes your life in every sense, then you are sure that he is the right person," Isabel said when they got engaged.
