How To Make Cocao Yogurt Pie?

Yogurt pie is an old dish that demonstrates how basic ingredients can be excellent without much effort.

4 egg yolks
170 g butter

50 g cocoa

Prepare the mixture

Mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa, and sliced ​​butter and combine everything well. Then add sugar, egg yolks, sour cream, and lemon zest to the mixture and mix everything.

Divide the dough into two parts, put one in the freezer (for about 30 minutes) and the other in the refrigerator to cool while you make the filling.

Prepare the cheese filling

In one bowl, use a mixer to make egg whites, and in the other, mix the yogurt, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar, then add the flour (do not mix).

After mixing all the ingredients, gently (also without mixing so that the mixture does not lose air bubbles) stir in the egg whites to combine with the filling.

Prepare a cake for baking

Roll out a piece of dough that has been in the fridge to the size of the baking dish you are using, measuring approximately 30 x 40 centimeters or about 24 centimeters in diameter if it is a cake pan. Put the dough in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then take it out of the oven and put the yogurt and cream filling on the half-baked dough, and grate the other half of the dough that you put in the freezer earlier.

Put everything together in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 to 200 degrees, depending on the oven. Cool well before cutting because the cake while still warm will still be a little shaky in the middle, but so it should be.
