How to prepare a delicious tuna salad meal?

Tuna salad is rich in vegetables, and it is well known that avocados have a positive effect on our bodies. Not only does it lower cholesterol, but it also helps you lose weight. This means that the salad is great even if you follow a certain diet. 

Components:

  • 3 small cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small purple onion
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • juice of 1 lemon 
  • 1/2 bunch of coriander

Preparation:

  1. Chop the cucumber, onion and avocado, then mix and add the tuna that you previously drained well.
  2.  Add salt and pepper, then add chopped coriander or parsley. 
  3. Season with oil and lemon juice and your salad is ready.
