Is Jennifer Lopez producing the "Bob the Builder" movie?

Famous toy factory Mattel is preparing a film based on the British animated series "Bob the Builder".
Actor Anthony Ramos will voice Roberto Bobo, who travels to Puerto Rico for a major construction job. There he meets a series of challenges and learns about the real significance of construction while getting to know the Caribbean-Latin culture.

The film will be produced by Jennifer Lopez, foreign media reported. Mattel has tapped Colombian-American writer Felipe Vargas to write the script, in collaboration with Alex Bulkley and Corey Campodonica of the ShadowMachine animation studio. "Bob the Builder" is the latest in a series of film and television projects Mattel has announced following the success of Warner Bros.'s "Barbie", which grossed more than $1.4 billion in theaters.

The Netflix animated series "Masters of the Universe: Revolution", based on Mattel's "He-Man" franchise, and the film "Polly Pocket", based on the dolls created by Mattel in the eighties, are also in the works. The company also develops projects based on other toys, including American Girl, Hot Wheels, Magic Ball, Barney, and others.
The movie "Bob the Builder" is based on the British animated series for children. This series ran for 12 seasons. "Bob the Builder" began as a masonry specialist who, along with colleague Wendy and various friends, neighbors, and talking excavators, took on a mixture of construction jobs in a cartoon. This cartoon was broadcast on the BBC’s children’s channels between 1999 and 2011. It was a really successful project.
The series was exported worldwide, with small adjustments in terminology as well as a local voice cast. Neil Morrissey, who voiced Bob in the original and scored a UK No. 1 single with the song "Can We Fix It?", was replaced by Greg Proops for the majority of the US run of the show.
