Jenna Dewan, 40, an actress and dancer, broke the Internet with an Instagram photo of herself posing naked, with which she wants to send a strong message. In two photos she posted, Jenna poses naked on the edge of a tub filled with water, with a beautiful view of the forest and wilderness in the background.
There is not much in the description of the photo, except: "Swipe for self-love" and the hashtag #humpday. That would actually mean encouraging and bringing love to yourself at any time, even if it was the middle of the week. Comments on her post were more than positive, both from famous and ordinary people, employed women, and mothers who point out that this is exactly what they should find more time for because it's "self-care" and "self-love" that are most important for mental health.

Jenna Dewan is known for practicing "self-love" on social media. So in 2019, she shared a selfie on Instagram, without makeup, and in a casual edition in which she stressed the importance of taking care of herself: a day for a lot of rest that reflects on how grateful she is for love, happiness, and health. She also stressed the importance of being reminded of what is really important and slowing down from time to time.
