Joe Keery and Camila Morrone are a dangerous duo in the movie "Marmalade"!

The crime thriller "Marmalade" brings us Joe Keery in his new role, and it arrives in cinemas in less than a month. Keery is in the role of a young man who embarks on a dangerous adventure with a woman he believes is the love of his life. And a few days ago we had the opportunity to see the first announcement trailer.

What can we expect?

The movie "Marmalade" focuses on Keery's Baron, a recently incarcerated man who recalls his stormy relationship with Marmalade ( Camila Morrone ), the love of his life.
Baron and Marmalade are modern-day Bonnie and Clyde and they hatched a plan to rob a bank to help themselves financially and at the same time give Baron a chance to take care of his mother. However, Baron ends up in prison. In the cell, he meets a roommate named Otis ( Aldis Hodge ), who is known for escaping from prison. So, desperate to get back to their lives, Baron and Otis work together to escape and help Baron reunite with his Marmalade.

The "Marmalade" movie was filmed in Minnesota, something location manager Anne Healy had wanted for decades. The movie "Marmalade" was co-written by cinematographer Polly Morgan and Keir O'Donnell. The film is the directorial debut of O'Donnell, known primarily for his acting. His directorial debut in theaters and on-demand arrives on February 9.

This movie is produced by Sarah Gabriel (“Bull”), Marc Goldberg (“The Estate”), James Harris (“Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City”), Mark Lane (“A Banquet”) and Jason Shapiro.

Goldberg stated: “’ Marmalade’ has been a beautiful collaboration with filmmaker and crew. We are excited for the brilliant Joe Keery to star alongside rising star Camila Morrone in this thrilling story and look forward to launching it for buyers at the market.”
