Julia Roberts was holding the title of 'Hollywood's most beautiful legs' for years, and that is just one of the recognitions for her beauty. Her smile, hair and slender figure make her, in the opinion of many, the most beautiful woman in the world, and she modestly says of herself that she is just a housewife.

How does the mother of three children maintain a fantastic figure? Julia explains that she doesn't like to exercise, but she really likes the feeling she gets after a quality workout. She spends about four hours a week exercising, and she tries to choose healthy meals as often as possible, especially salads. Her famous fitness salad is at the top of the most popular salads for years and is definitely time to try it!

Ingredients: 

  • 400 g chickpeas, preferably canned
  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar,
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Rinse the chickpeas well, then drain and pour into a serving bowl. Wash the spinach, peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips and add the chickpeas. Mix everything and season, then whip the dressing and add to the salad.

The cheese should be crumbled, the walnuts should be chopped or ground, and then added to the salad and seasoned to taste and served immediately.

This salad can also be a complete summer meal, as it will give you a sufficient amount of protein and fiber. These ingredients are necessary for maintaining a beautiful figure, which Julia shows on all occasions - from a relaxed walk on the beach or swimming, to filming fashion commercials or new movies.
