Renowned rapper Kanye West has officially changed his name after years of announcing. Namely, the birth certificate no longer says "Kanye Omari West", but only "Ye", TMZ announced today and attached an official document.
That he will really change his name, this musician, fashion designer, but also a presidential candidate in the last American elections, announced on Twitter three years ago, after which he released a new album entitled 'Ye'.
Apart from being an abbreviation of his real name, Kanye also said that the name “Ye” has a very special religious meaning for him.
