The popular movie was released in 2009. Megan Fox plays Jennifer, a popular high school cheerleader who starts eating the bodies of men after being possessed by demons. Amanda Seyfried plays her best friend Needy, who then became her girlfriend.

"You're killing people!" - "No, I'm killing boys" - is part of a conversation between the two, and this quote has long been popular among members of the LGBTQ + community.

"I can’t tell you how many girls, from 30 down into their teens — or, f–k that, my age, too — come up to me and are like, ‘I realized I was gay because of you,’ or ‘I felt comfortable coming out because of you,’ because of 'Jennifer’s Body' and the interviews I did about being bisexual before it was cool,” Fox said.

She pointed out that she is extremely proud of herself because of this.

If my purpose on Earth was to help one girl come out of the closet and feel OK about it, I had an amazing purpose here,” she concluded.
