Melania Trump broke the silence and responded to criticism of her remodeling of the White House garden
She said goodbye to the role of the American first lady at the beginning of this year, and thanks to certain moves in the mentioned position, such as arranging the famous rose garden in the White House, the 51-year-old Slovenian was the target of criticism.
The former first lady has once again become a current topic on social media, all thanks to a statement by presidential historian Michael Beschloss.
On his Twitter, this NBC contributor commented on Melanie's venture to remodel the famous rose garden in the White House.
"The White House evisceration at the White House was completed exactly a year ago this month, and here's a grim result - decades of American history are gone," Beschloss wrote with a photo of last year's garden that doesn't show many flowers.

Melania herself decided to react to the criticism of the 'destruction of American history' by accusing Beschloss of misleading the public while expressing her doubts about his credibility as a historian.
‘He proved his ignorance by showing a picture of a rose garden in its infancy. The rose garden is decorated with healthy and colorful roses', reads Melanie's Twitter post, with a shared photo of the rose garden showing floral splendor in front of the White House. ‘His misleading information is dishonest and should never be trusted as a professional historian,’ she concluded.
Recall, in July 2020, Melania announced work to restore the appearance of Rose Garden, a rose garden used by US presidents for many years for speeches and similar public appearances, and the results of Melanie's venture were revealed to the public in August last year.
Interestingly, a petition was created this year asking First Lady Jill Biden and Doug Emhoff to restore the old look of the rose garden, and more than 800,000 signatures have been collected so far.
