Ingredients:
For the black layer:
- 100 g of melted butter
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g ground biscuits
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- 50 g coconut
For white layer:
- 50 g of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 ml sweet sour cream
- 100 g of powdered sugar
For the glaze:
- 100 g of chocolate
- 50 ml of sweet-sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation:
First, steam the ingredients for the first layer. Mix butter, cocoa, sugar, and vanilla sugar, then add the egg and cook for a few minutes, until everything is melted and combined. Remove from the heat, add the biscuits, nuts, and coconut, mix everything well and pour into the mold you have prepared. Allow it to cool completely before pouring over the next filling. For a white layer, mix the butter with the sugar, then add the sour cream and vanilla extract.
