NBC released the full trailer for its sci-fi adventure " La Brea"

The road to an end begins for the Harris family as "La Brea" returns for its third and final season. The science fiction series will end as the family together with other survivors tries to return to their world for the last time. A new trailer has also been released and it gives us an insight into the fantastic challenges that lie ahead and shows quite clearly that although the family has been through enough, the fight is not over yet.

The clip is set in the past and shows a family encountering several prehistoric creatures as they struggle to find their way home. Although all hope seems lost, their spirit and will to never give up is what keeps them going. Although "La Brea" presents itself as a sci-fi adventure, it's just as much a family adventure drama that began with a huge chasm opening in Los Angeles, pulling everyone into a mysterious primeval land.

The second season finale left us with more questions than answers and everything will finally come to an end in the final season. It remains to be seen if the Survivors will forgive Levi for putting everyone in danger. The upcoming third season premiere episode titled "Sierra" will pick up after everything is destroyed in a dinosaur attack. Picking up the pieces from last season, Gavin will uncover some clues but following through is sure to result in more tragic consequences.

Returning in the third season are Natalie Zea as Eve Harris, Eoin Macken as Gavin Harris, Zyra Gorecki as Izzy Harris, Eve and Gavin's daughter, and Jack Martin as Josh, their son. The cast also includes Chiké Okonkwo as Ty, Veronica St. Clair as Riley Velez, Rohan Mirchandaney as Scott Israni, Lily Santiago as Veronica Castillo, Jon Seda as Dr. Sam Velez, Josh McKenzie as Lucas Hayes, Nicholas Gonzalez as Levi Delgado, Tonantzin Carmelo as Paara and more.

The premiere of the third season of the "La Brea" series is on January 9, 2024.
