Ingredients:
- 500 g flour
- 1 egg
- 3 DCL of milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Dressing:
- 180 g of sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
- Mix the dough ingredients and make a smooth mixture.
- Bake the pancakes and let them cool.
- Then mix the filling ingredients and mix well, adding raisins if desired.
- Fill the baked pancakes with the cheese mixture and roll them and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Coat the pancakes with a mixture of sour cream, eggs, and vanilla sugar and bake them at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
