Ingredients for 1 liter:
- 2 lemons
- fresh ginger root size 2 cm
- 1 cucumber
- About 10 leaves of fresh mint
- 1 liter of water
Preparation:
Peel a ginger, grate it and put it in a jug or jar. Cut the lemon into rings and the cucumber into thin strips. Pour cold water over everything, put fresh mint leaves and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
