Pea stew recipe Ingredients:

  • 400 g peas
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground red sweet pepper
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt


  1. Cut onion and garlic into small cubes.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pot, add finely chopped onion and garlic and simmer until the onion turns golden.
  3. Add chopped carrots and potatoes and simmer for a few minutes. 
  4. Pour water over the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add peas and, if necessary, more water and pepper and salt and continue cooking. 
  6. Towards the end of cooking, it is time to prepare the spray.
