Chocolate plum pie - Impress your family and guests with easy and delicious treat
A plum pie that you will enjoy this fall.
Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g ground walnuts
Chocolate Plum Filling:
- 1/2 kg of prunes
- a bag of cinnamon
- 150 g dark or white chocolate, optional
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g sugar
Preparation:
Whisk the ingredients for the dough in the following order: butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour and baking powder, nuts.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Dip prunes first in warm water to soften. Drain them, sprinkle with cinnamon, then mix by hand. Then put the plums in a round pan.
Sprinkle sugar, finely chopped walnuts and finely chopped dark chocolate over the plums, and you can also use white chocolate if you prefer. Put the dough over it.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
When it gets a golden color take it out, turn the cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
